Kia ora BNUJFC members,   

As we descend to mid winter - here are some important notices from the club  

Team Photo Night 

The Team Photo Night will be held on Friday 2nd July at the Brooklyn Community Centre Hall. There will be sausages and Hot Choc available for a gold coin donation. Please see the attached schedule for exact times and other details. Full uniforms (excluding boots) are to be worn. Note that the First Kicks team photo will be taken at the end of the season at Tanera Park.  

Key dates to come 

Term 2/3 Holidays  

As usual games will be held on the first and last weekends of the holidays i.e. 10/11th July and 24/25 July.  There will be no games on the middle weekend - 17/18th July.   

Last weekend of the season will be 28th/29th August.  

Prizegiving date still to be announced.  

Sock and Boot Alert 

Could there be some BNU or Alliance club socks hidden in a drawer or cupboard of your house that are in decent condition and no longer used? Are there some boots gathering dust in your closet?
If there are, and you’d be happy to donate them for keen young footballers to wear on the pitch, could you please drop them into the collection box at the Brooklyn Community Centre. 
Alternatively you’re welcome to leave them in the letterbox of 20 Virginia Grove.
